We can grant a one-year deferral of admission, to the 2016-17 LLM. professional track. Please be aware of our policy regarding your SI000 nonrefundable deposit. This deposit fee is required to finalize your admission to the LL.M. program, and under normal circumstances would be applied toward your tuition bill during your first semester at Berkeley Law. If your deferral request is granted, you will be again required to submit a $1000 deposit next year, which will be credited toward your first semester fees. Your initial $1000 deposit will not be credited to your tuition, but instead be used to offset the administrative costs of processing deferrals. If you agree to this policy and wish to secure the deferral, go ahead and pay the deposit in one of the methods listed on the Tuition Deposit Form on our admitted students website, and submit the form as well. Once those are received I will put the deferral in place and send confirmation. Please let me know if you have any questions. However, the Swiss bank made me an offer with fantastic salary that I could not refuse, to work for them until 30 June. As I wrote to you before, an American company pays the tuition fees for me which can already be transferred to the Berkeley University this month to secure a place for me for 2016. Since I am also a student of Ecole des avocets (EFB), training to be a French Banister. I will have to do a mandatory training in French law firm from January until June 2016 (6 months). If Berkeley accepts to defer my entrance to 2016, I will do an internship in July and August in French law firm for EFB. The other 4 months of training would be January-April 2016. then, in May 20161 can start LLM. In October 2016,1 will have French Final bar exam to pass. Thank you so much for your attention.
