If N registered, then why Export C of A and European delivery Contract is keyed to Buyer's acceptance in a number of places when it is Buyer who is making the offer and it is the Seller who must accept. Looks like this was a sloppily adapted draft. EFTA00673009 $3.5 MM deposit seems high for a $28,500,000 price. No penalty to Seller if they refuse to make any discrepancy corrections; only get the deposit back; should get inspection costs and transaction costs if they refuse to make discrepancy corrections. No provision for a second flight test to check discrepancy corrections Agreement contains a prohibition against Buyer looking at other similar aircraft once the offer is pending and while the transaction remains open.
