You are asking me to release you from any violation in the entire DPNR from the beginning of time to the signing of the consent agreement. This consent agreement ONLY deals with CZM violations. Also, it is my understanding that the Release was negotiated during the last settlement and language changed accordingly. The previously agreed release language is what I used in this consent agreement. DPNR's proposed release is more than equitable. It release Respondent Parties, from any and all issues mentioned in the Notice of Violation. Even if you were to win at BLUA, you would not be entitled to a release of the magnitude you are requesting. It would be irresponsible for me to sign. Dawn From: jeffrey E.
