From: Eric Roth To: jeffrey E. <jeevacation@gmail.com> CC: lvjet < , Richard Kahn Subject: Re: Date: Sun, 18 Jun 2017 12:49:48 +0000 Good morning. Lets talk tomorrow morning when I am in the office and have everything in front of me. We remain on track for the work scope quoted and I believe that once we agree on some / all of your additional requests, we can keep to the schedule. Carpet is certainly the major challenge at this point and I will need to speak with Eileen before our call so that I may answer your questions with accuracy and certainty. Crew seats along with cabin seats are coming along nicely. Lower side panels have been stripped and foam is being laminated. Preliminary fireblock testing was performed for the suede divan cushions as a precautionary measure as this is the first time in 30 years that we have had this request and it is extremely rare when we inquired to our flammability testing lab. I recognize that we have not performed as quickly as usual for the quoting of the additional work you would like quoted, but we are doing the best we can with the resources we have. I am not making excuses, but please note that your requirements require significantly more of my / my teams time to satisfy. Example: we had to modify our sewing foot to create the small stitch length you requested- we could not find the foot required to keep the project on track. Time spent on phones with carpet construction to discuss the smallest details of carpet fabrication to create a carpet that would satisfy you, back and forth about various leathers and fabrics- going to the Bentley dealer to find pumpkin leather, etc, etc. Lets stay positive to create your vision and make you happy.
