WAPA seen problem in transformer Brunt arrester and transformer looked faulty Fixed arrester WAPA Field tested lines from St Thomas to LSJ and said looked ok. 10/30 After identifying, transformer is defiantly faulty Our ST Thomas vendor gave us loan, 10/31 Removed faulty transformer Installed loaner WAPA St Thomas side blew again Without new transformer energize Need to do hi pot test on under ocean wire. I hope this is just something stupid the hi pot test checks the wire under water funny when me and filex check on 10/27 wires we disconnected from transformer had stt side tum us back on hummm all ok so they said ?? today a whole different story 000boy o buy the way filex is one of them Saturday relgion doesn't answer or do anything EFTA00674393
