I hope this clears up soon. We're hoping to put the apartment up for sale as soon as we clear up the matter of ownership. We've been delaying only because of this problem. At first, we were sent a form with many items not filled in. When we requested the full lease, we received the letter below. Something appears to be very wrong. How can it be that the management of the condominium does not have a lease, and refers us to the lawyer (Max) who handled the closing. And why did Bainco list the apartment as an asset under a trust this year, I think for the first time. As you know, we are about to sell the apartment. I took for granted that I owned it, and am surprised, to put it mildly, that some question is now arising about this. Could you check with Max and clear this up. Needless to say, it's quite disturbing. I hope the matter can be expeditiously resolved, so that we can proceed with the sale. If he has not already done so, Ken O'Brien should be sending a copy of the stock certificate, but I don't believe that he has a copy of the completed lease either.
