We haver purchased the below ticket for Dada... 1. the hotel is only so she can fill out her Estes form with a hotel address. Does she fill out the Estes form in London or once she lands in Ft. Laud? 2. We paid $688.31 for this round trip ticket. (FYI-she is flying with Jeffrey on his plane to NY...that is why the return is NY to London.
