Rodgers' telephone number was dialed on several occasions by Sarah Kellen. A background on Rodgers indicated he has a valid FAA pilot license First Class for the Southern FAA Region. Rodgers has another historical FAA license for Airline Transport Pilot. Investigation Continues.
