We will need to file the court paperwork (copies) and statement letter detailing the case (dated
with current address and tel / email) signed by traveler along with regular paperwork; the
consulate may request additional information after submission. The decision whether to issue a
visa will be at the Consul 'a General discretion - the decision is always made on the individual
basis.
