We know that some people may opt to buy a new jacket if their player has grown out of their current jacket. Instructions for dropping off jackets: 1. Team moms should collect all jackets, box them, label them with team name/team mom name and drop them off to 140 Orchard Drive, front porch COMPLETE by Friday, November 30th. Please do not have people drop off their jackets to us individually unless absolutely necessary. Please email us at ncaraphicslIceamail.com when you are ready to drop your box off so we know to expect them. 2. Once the orders have been placed new jackets will take 5-6 weeks, jackets just receiving new patches for year and/or add, position will take 4 weeks, maybe sooner depending upon how the holiday rush goes. 3. All letters & numbers will be 2" in height due to space on the sleeve and they will only be able to add one new position and current winning year on existing jackets if sleeves already have 2 or more patches on them. 4. Size charts will be available on the webstore. If needed, we have one AXS size sample. We advise you to let your teams know to BUY LARGER so that they have it for a few years. 5. There is only one shipping option on the site, which is pick up with team mom. Once the jackets are completed, NC Graphics will email the team moms to pick up and distribute to their teams. If you could please collect those jackets that kids already have, and drop to Carmella's home ( 140 Orchard Drive) so we can add the patches that would be great too. As mentioned above- let's wait till post Thanksgiving. NC Graphics will advise jacket collection drop off dates. Everyone will have to fill out order form even if just adding patches.
