I do see a few complications with this though. I think with Chris, I would recommend keeping him on until the rest of the plants are in the ground and he finishes the irrigation project. The irrigation is a big deal, I see him spending possibly 2 to 3 months completing this. If we lay Jules off, that puts Peter and ()Lipson using much more of their time operating equipment and right now I feel like the landscaping dept. is running a bit short. With Buck and Sheridan, I think you should hold off until Fraguela's project is completed. I think the Big N will be in constant use during the concrete projects and that will completely occupy Boscoe and Guy's time. I realize that much of our equipment is new, but it would be a shame to allow the maintenance to fall behind just as things are starting to improve on that side. Landscaping is definitely running light on staff. Onel is on vacation and all 4 of the crew we hired last month are now gone. I think someone really needs to be dedicated to your main area.
