regarding LSJ david informed me of yesterday's issue in library but said that that mold bleach wash and ozone
generator went very well
david suggested that the movie room is also very badly in need of this service as all mold is dead but very
transparent all over room
can i have david prepare a quote for movie room
please advise

Hi Rich,
We replaced the front (from JE's office through to the reception area and Daphne's office) NC unit on 2008
($7,900). We have only ever repaired the back unit which I believe was installed in late 1999 - early 2000.

I talked with the technician, David, about this and yes I agree that the mold has to be taken out. AYH would
like to extend the payment to Reefer) in order to get this done. However, as David explained, he suggested

to Southern Trust that they replace the air handlers and duct work, or this will be only a temporary solution.
David also stated the any roof leaks were taken care of even before my tenure here. I would propose that
southern Trust have the necessary corrections made to the air-conditioning system, then after that we can
have the mold portion completed and replace any damaged ceiling tiles.
