Any other property that an employee removes from Club premises, must be accompanied by a Club Package Pass, signed by a department head or his/her designated supervisor. Upon termination of your employment, you must surrender to the Club any and all material including, but not limited to, drawings, manuals, reports, documents, lists of the Club's vendors and customers, and the like (including all copies thereof), that you have in your possession relating to the business of the Club, or its affiliates.
