However, outside employment which interferes with your obligations to the Club is prohibited. In addition, no employee shall claim to be a Club representative in connection with any outside employment. Before accepting any supplementary job, it is mandatory that you notify your Supervisor and the Department Head to determine if there is a conflict of interest or if it would adversely affect your job performance at the Club. If the Club determines that a conflict of interest exists or acceptance would adversely affect your job performance, you shall not engage in outside employment. Failure to notify the Supervisor and the Department Head in advance of any outside employment will be grounds for immediate termination. Please note that if at any time your job at the Club suffers due to additional employment elsewhere, the Club reserves the right to ask you to give it up.
