In the interest of creating a positive and enjoyable work environment, all employees shall be able to use this procedure without fear of retaliation. However, it is equally important to realize that the problem solving procedure will not prevent the Club from taking disciplinary action, up to and including termination, against any individual under circumstances where the Club deems disciplinary action to be appropriate.
