OF IT, ASK FOR AN EXPLANATION FROM THE CLUB MANAGER'S OFFICE.
RETURN THIS SIGNED RECEIPT TO THE CLUB MANAGER'S OFFICE
IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED THIS MANUAL. PLEASE KEEP THE
HANDBOOK FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
I received the Policy Manual of The Mar-A-
Lago Club, L.C. on the date indicated below.
I will carefully read the policies,
procedures, and other information contained
in the Manual and will ask the Club Manager's
office for an explanation if I do not fully
understand them. I agree as a condition of
my employment to comply with the policies
and procedures which exist now or which may
come into existence in the future. I
understand that if I do not comply with the
policies and procedures, I may be subject to
disciplinary action. I also understand that
I or the Club may terminate employment at any
time, for any reason.
The Club reserves the right to modify or terminate any policies
or procedures, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without
notice. I understand that only the Managing Director is
authorized to set policy or make any promises with respect to my
employment. The language used in this Handbook is not intended
to create, nor is it to be construed to constitute, a contract
between the Club and any one or all of its employees.
