I know there are other open issues relating to the partnership that Frank Garrison is discussing with Cecile, however, given the impact of what Hoffman is seeking, which could limit our abilities to have larger vessels parked adjacent to P-dock, I thought it appropriate to see if you would like to have a discussion regarding the objections prior to a hearing on Feb 27.
