Regarding PNC, I think it would be helpful to meet with Krantz to say I am disappointed they are letting Mike off and trying to stick me with $60,000.00, especially since this appears to confirm my legal theory that the EFTA00686483 officers colluded with Mike on the loan. I would ask him to see if he can do better than $60,000.00. If he tells me Mike has no money but I do in the Banks' eyes and that-s the best I'll get, I'll pay it. I am nervous about waiting on a shortsale because Mike arranged it and he has lied constantly. Have you spoken with Cullum to verify whether the sale is going thru?
