I therefore assumed that Lawrence made those arrangements himself and, that I recall, Jeffrey did not convey to me anything different. Several other people are doing the same thing but they took care of their own reservations for the additional time. We have made arrangements to transport everyone on December 9th from the airport or wherever they are staying, if they arrived earlier. Is the issue that he did not make reservations for the additional days and that he wants to be transported on the earlier date by means other than a taxi cab? He is leaving this evening and is not in any position to make these kinds of arrangements and so we are running into the possibility of having to cancel the trip all together. Please let me know if you can provide any assistance as soon as possible so a decision can be made.
