The developer is out of NYC and they have a very impressive resume/website: First new construction project in Palm Beach in over a decade. We just launced and we already have reservations ($10,000 fully refundable). At this stage it's mostly investors taking advantage of the pre-construction pricing. Once the six released are gone, the next group will come out with higher pricing.
