SH Meadow Lane continues to be the insured. He said as long as another house will be on the property within the year it is preferable to keep the current coverage in force through the demolition and construction b/c there have been instances after a hurricane when it was difficult to get insurance. He will reassess appropriate level of coverage once construction is complete.
