To me, there are a number of things wrong with the world's immunization systems but the one where I think there is room for coolness that no one has tried might relate to your idea about Mother's Army. So the suggestion would that you don't even need health care workers to do this. Train a handful of mom's and set them free. Sort of create like a Rotary Club or Lion's Club or something similar with the full scale mission of getting moms to immunize their kids. Check out the slides. See if you think it is appropriate. If you do, I will make the proposal and the deck. In preparation for Monday, we have attached pre-read materials and provided a few updates/reminders below. Apologies for sending them a day late - we hope you will still have time to at least take a peak before Monday. Reminder: If you haven't already done so, please fill out the RI survey by EOD today Updates • The meeting room has moved to San Juan Island • Breakfast will now be available starting at 8:15am Information on the pre-reads • The attached materials have some very preliminary work that the team has conducted.
