Can we discuss this over the weekend?
To me, there are a number of things wrong with the world's immunization systems but the one where I think there is
room for coolness that no one has tried might relate to your idea about Mother's Army. So the suggestion would that you
don't even need health care workers to do this. Train a handful of mom's and set them free. Sort of create like a Rotary
Club or Lion's Club or something similar with the full scale mission of getting moms to immunize their kids.
Check out the slides. See if you think it is appropriate. If you do, I will make the proposal and the deck.

Subject: RI Strategic Initiative Working Retreat: Pre-Reads and Additional Information
Dear Colleagues,
We are in the final throes of preparation for the Routine Immunization (RI) retreat and are eager to begin a strategic
dialogue with you! In preparation for Monday, we have attached pre-read materials and provided a few
updates/reminders below. Apologies for sending them a day late - we hope you will still have time to at least take a peak
before Monday.
Reminder: If you haven't already done so, please fill out the RI survey by EOD today

Information on the pre-reads
•
The attached materials have some very preliminary work that the team has conducted. Per our email last week,
we are asking you to be thought partners in working through the materials rather than 'good harsh critics' to
prepare us for a discussion with leadership (we will we asking for the latter later on in our strategy process, but
not on Monday!)

Some pre-reads are recommended for everyone, and some are optional for those of you that feel you'd like a bit
more context before Monday

we've compiled to dote

comprehensive and we con argue the toss as to what is directly vs. indirectly RI related but this is
intended as a launching pad for further discussion.
