I would take out 3 The rest is good some simple housekeepign items first . 1. i had assumed that most covenants would be mutual, melinda and bill would sign . . . 2. the severance in the agreeemnt is only one year? is that your new postion? ? 3, I assume Bill is aware that boris would be required to keep some emails to justify his tax positon, in addition some mechanism to prove that that at all times he was acting upon directions and instructions from bill. 4 the agreement makes no mention of the already exisitng agreement with re boris investiment overide. 5. the document changes "at will" to another type of employment, ( why ?). , 6. it makes no metiong of bills commitement to help find anohter position. 7, I was told that melinda wanted a divorce over this incident , how does Boris protect himslef from a disclousre by her. I know you said the chances were zero. . 8 . wil need documents that suport your authorization to sign on behof of bg3. , manager binding? if that is the eventaul postion. 9.
