This is not the first time this has happened and I freak out because I know in south Africa thins like this are stolen all the time. Contact WES again and DHL in the US today. Go up the chain at Parsons from academic advisor - director - dean to ask for help and that when they do arrive they are processed immediately. The amount of nonsense I have gone through with this whole process, it breaks my heart, I have worked harder than any student in that school and given up my life to do well, and now it can just be taken away beacuse of the inefficiency of the stupid country from which I come. they have to let me graduate but the issue is the time and the opt. Graduation they can always push to 2018 but then I wont get OPT. I hate to bother you but I need to keep you posted.
