My Principal and I were both told that the secret service detail would not only take care of their own arrangements, but they would also be responsible for the charges. EFTA00710042 I was only authorized to take care of the accommodations and hotel charges, etc. for the Priell party of 2 during their stay from December 12 to 15, 2014. I can send you the authorization form and the final bill for your reference if necessary. The booked room charges were $3,647.70, charged on 12/10/2014 the day after I booked the accommodations, and the other charges for the Priells were $643.40, charged on 12/15/2014, the day they departed. We do not understand, if the $5,792.70 charge is for their security detail, why was the card not charged the same day that they departed, which must have been 12/15/2014. Why was the card not charged until 12/31/2014? Please email or contact me a' when you are available.
