Extension of Work Period: any extension will be estimated and payable 100% prior to
the extension
Humidity levels will be checked on site at the time of sample production to
confirm that color staining intervention is possible
Apart from Fancelli crew and Fancelli subcontractors, no other work and dust producing
activities can be executed as we work on the room.
Notice of completion will be given 6 days prior to work completion and Work Approval
must be received in writing, within 3 days of notice of completion. Work
Approval will be provided by Molyneux Studio, following the format previouly
used [March 22nd 2010] [Illustrated, referencing punch list itemization, and
approval comment].
Not Included: 2 movable scaffoldings required - provided by client.
Not Included: Client to provide transportation to and from Little St James Monday to
Saturday

The drilled hole left side does not same than the right side.
To solve the problem we have to replace all drilled panels with new panels
all equal.
We have to cut the back side of the door that holds the drilled panel (using a
rotor), then replace that panel and then glue a new oak frame around the
panel
