I told him that T was not involved in the crises in any way, shape or form and that you were handling everything. He asked me W I had any knowledge why there was apparently a hardline stance now being taken and no settlement offers were forthcoming on any of the cases and T told him I had absolutely no knowledge of anything on the cases and that would have to be handled by you. He also tried to find out if my brief involvement was a signal of some change of strategy in the case and I told him that I could not comment on anything about the case.
