RICO SPECIAL CONSUMER JUSTICE COUNSEL This letter will confirm my telephone conversation on November 19, 2009 regarding the transfer of direction and supervision of you under the strict terms of the Non-Prosecution Agreement. In our conversation, I asked whether the materials taken from Mr. Epstein's house in Palm Beach were ever inventoried and your response was, 'Yes, a copy of that inventory was provided to Roy Black." I asked whether you still had all of the materials in your possession which was originally taken, and your response was, "Yes". I asked whether that materials you possess would be consistent with the inventory that you provided to Roy Black and again your response was, "Yes". Based on the representations which you made to me, Bill, and your understanding of the obligation to preserve those personal items of Mr. Epstein inviolate pursuant to the terms of the Non-Prosecution Agreement in a safe and secure location, I advised you there is no reason for us to meet in that my responsibility was not to take possession, but to make certain that you continue to maintain Mr. Epstein's possession as set forth above.
