As per Section 4 of each Agreement, both you and Kathy are deemed to have full authority to accept subpoena on behalf of each of the aforementioned clients. We have enclosed a witness fee for each of them. Pursuant to the Agreement we are bound by the No-Contact Order. In almost all instances, we do not have your clients' address or phone number, which we would have otherwise obtained through discovery; and neither myself nor my agent, who would be a process server, is allowed to contact these individuals. Therefore, please advise your clients that they are served; must be available to testify at any of these trials; and that they are to continue to provide their addresses and phone numbers to you such that if and pyhen these cases do go to trial, they will be available for us to call.
