Epstein Dear Brad: As you will note from depositions, it is my understanding that you have certain information related the State and Federal investigations against Jeffrey Epstein. I believe you will be attempting to use this information at trial. Therefore, I request that you immediately PDF me the following by the end of today: 1. All discovery information obtained by Jane Doe or her attorneys and in their possession, custody or control related to any alleged exchange of discovery in the State criminal case against Jeffrey Epstein or the Federal investigation against him. 2. Any and all documents or other evidentiary materials in Jane Doe or her attorneys' possession, custody or control specifically including those documents obtained from the local, state or federal law enforcement investigators or local, state or federal prosecutors investigating Jeffrey Epstein for alleged crimes. 3. Any and all documents in Jane Doe and her attorneys' possession, custody or control including, but not limited to, any correspondence between Epstein and his attorneys and the state or federal law enforcement or prosecutors (includes, but not limited to, letters to and from the State Attorney's office or any agents thereof).
