INVESTIGATION SUMMARY The subject was observed over a 2 day period, totaling about 20 hours of onsite surveillance, with the following results: On Thursday April 22, 2010, the investigator conducted surveillance from 700am to 330pm, with the following results. The subject was followed to a law office of Michael Levin which he stayed for about 30 minutes. Then he drove to the law office of Farmer Jaffe and stayed for about 90 minutes. On Tuesday April 27, 2010 The investigator conducted surveillance from 715am to 730pm, with the following results. The subject was followed to a breakfast meeting with Kenneth Jenne II at Lester's Diner that lasted about 1 hour. The subject then went to the law office of Farmer Jaffe and was there from 10am to 615pm and then was followed back home to his residence. The subject's Impala was parked in front of the Apt's garage. The garage was closed and the Mercedes was not seen. There was no visible activity, the investigator took a surveillance position. 1020am The subject left the apt alone in the Impala. 1029am The subject entered an industrial/office park off Westin Rd called Weston Park of Commerce. The subject's vehicle was located at 1900 N Commerce Parkway in Westin 33326. The office was a Law Office. 1101am The subject exited the law office with another unidentified white male. They walked over to the Impala and conversed out of sight for a couple moments. 1104am The subject left alone in the Impala and the UNID male went back into the law office. 1127am The subject drove to downtown Fort Lauderdale near the courthouse. He made a suspicious driving pattern as he made 4 left turns around I city block and didn't stop and continued on his prior path going north. 1135am The subject arrived at 425 N Andrews Ave and parked in the rear of the building. The address was known as the Farmer Jaffe Law Firm for Brad Edwards. The subject went inside the office via the back access gate. 1249pm The subject exited the building and walked to his vehicle. The subject left alone in the Impala. 107pm The subject drove back downtown and circled the same city block as before. This time he parked along the street in a metered space right in front of the 110 N Broward Blvd. The subject was no seen when he got out and it was undetermined where he went. 113pm The investigator circled the block to fmd a parking place and the subject's vehicle was gone by that time. The investigator searched the area and also went back to the Fanner Jaffe Law firm. The subject's vehicle was not seen in the area. The investigator reported the results and continued to search. The surveillance was suspended for the day. 400pm The investigator returned to the office. TUESDAY April 27, 2010 615am The investigator left the office. 719am The investigator arrived at the subject's residence and documented the Red Mercedes parked outside in front of the garage and the Impala was also parked in front of the apt. 821am The subject left the apt alone in the Impala. 847am The subject drove very reckless and exceeded the speed limit all the way to the Lester's Diner at 250 SR84 in Fort Lauderdale. He parked and entered the diner wearing black shoes, black dress pants and a greenish brown short sleeve collared shirt, The investigator entered the diner and observed the subject sitting in a booth eating and convening with one other unidentified male. The male was older, in his 60s, dressed in a tan colored sport coat and white collared shirt. The male was balding on top and had eye glasses. The investigator elected to wait in the parking lot for them to exit. 955pm The subject and UNID male exited the diner together and walked into the parking lot. They stood in front of the other male's vehicle talking. 957pm The u ect away and over to his Impala. The UNID male got into a white Toyota Canny, FL tagf$M=. Rock Legal Services & Investi "e ., West Palm Beach, FL 33407 • EFTA00727089 Rock Legal Services & Investigations, Inc. 16 SUBJECT: FISTEN, Michael 1009am The subject arrived at the Farmer Jaffe Law office at 425 N Andrews Ave, and parked in the same rear parking lot and entered the building. 616pm The subject remained inside the law office all day and then came out and left alone in the Impala. 625pm The investigator lost contact with the subject in traffic, due to a train. 654pm The investigator drove directly to the subject's apt at San Michelle. Upon arrival the subject's Impala was not seen, and the Red Mercedes had been moved and was now parked across the street from the Apt. 657pm The subject arrived home and drove into the San Michelle community. He drove back to his Apt and parked in front of his garage. 728pm The investigator terminated the surveillance. The subject remained in the Apt and both the vehicles were present at time of termination. 830pm The investigator returned to the office. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS Approximately 8 minutes of subject video documentation was obtained throughout the course of this investigation. Based on our observations to date, the subject continues to work for Fanner Jaffe and has contact with at least one other law firm. The subject met with Kenneth Jenne.
