INTRODUCTION:
To Whom It May Concern,
I am currently seeking a long term stable position where I can offer my 25+ years of combined experience in
hospitality management and estate management.
Although I have extensive experience in the core skills and competencies expected from an Estate Manager,
I believe it is my unwavering dedication and passion for providing the utmost in service that makes me a
successful, reliable and well liked Estate Manager.
My roots are from an Indiana dairy farm where I learned the value of a self starting initiative, skillful
leadership and strong work ethics. As I pursued careers in Forestry, Culinary Arts and Estate
Management, I developed my talents as a project manager, organizer, problem solver and team leader.
I am an energetic and optimistic individual who puts 100% in everything I do. I apply sincere care to the
smallest details and sensitive situations. I am known to perform with integrity, trust, confidentiality and
mutual respect as I believe these are the cornerstones of a successful Estate Manager. I have a 'hands on'
management style and believe in open communication and flexible cooperation.
My passions for genuine hospitality, entertaining, home care, food, wine, art and travel have been an
advantage for those whom I have served during my career. I am fascinated to learn new things and have a
broad range of interest from cycling and mountain climbing to classical music and theater. My hobbies
and interests provide me with a healthy balanced lifestyle and make me versatile on many subjects.
My ultimate goals are to provide you with a level of service and maintain a smoothly run household
where you can feel nurtured, safe, and cared for.
Attached are professional letters of reference. I appreciate your interest and consideration and look forward
to meeting with you.
Sincerely,
Gary V. Warstler

This is a letter of recommendation for Gary Warstler. It pleases me to be able to do this in
his behalf, since it has been a pleasure to work with Gary over the past years
As estate manager he is always aware of all that's going on, even the irrigation system. and
is always learning as much as he can to be on top of 'the when and how- of the systems
operation. For example. he was accustomed to hearing the irrigation system outside his
bedroom window every night, which is set to go on at midnight. Whenever he did not hear
the system operate he would promptly call or even investigate it himself, as he did on many
occasions.
One important thing I personally appreciate is Gary's disposition. He was always firm when
he needed to be, but there was never a feeling of dread or distress when there was a serv-
ice call to be done at the estate. He was always a great person to deal with
I think of Gary as a true steward of the household. watching over it as if it were his own. I
personally like Gary and enjoy working around him. There are few people I come into con-
tact with that I can or will genuinely recommend, Gary Warstler is one of those people.
Sincerely yours.
