The purpose of this examination is to determine and document the current physical condition of your building prior to commencement of construction on the neighboring parcel. While we do not anticipate any disturbance to your building, we believe a pre-construction inspection is a prudent idea in order to establish its condition. We would like to conduct a complete examination of the property including a full interior and exterior inspection. If access to your building is denied, we will be unable to establish the condition of your building and no responsibility can be taken, as its pre-existing condition will be unknown.
