We would have to designate one of our maintenance people to take charge and be responsible for the maintenance or we could hire someone for that purpose. Main House Landscaping & Courtyard Design I have reviewed Gensler's plans for the Main House landscaping and I wanted to review their design with you. I have also developed conceptual landscape plans for the Phase One area around the new master bedroom & laundry and I wanted to review it with you some time next week. I think it's better if I come to your office to review the design in detail. I can send plans earlier next week for your review before I come.
