I asked this morning but might have forgotten if you answered. These island issues are not about you they are about getting the job done. I loveyou please be careful you are adding a large amount of strife. Youveill have an entire year to complain all to yourself soon if things work out right Sent from my iPhoneu On Jun 15, 2009, at 2:34 PM, wrote: I love you. I do appreciate what you do for me and I should say thank you more often. I can see your point. I believe this is a communication issue. There IS a reason for me to be involved in this. It is for me to learn so I can do it next time. I can't be 'in charge of buying shampoo' for the rest of my life. I was under the impression you wanted me to be more assertive, take initiative & responsibility so I am doing it. But again as soon as I try you 'slam on the brakes' Your complaint was that I do as little as possible so I am hying to take initiative and do things that are more challenging with your guidance. That's why I ask you questions and forward you emails - to get a feel about how to respond in these situations. I am not giving you my opinions on the subject - simply the facts and answers from other people. I do it without even suggesting they are right or wrong and hoping for a rational & non-emotional response from you. Your being annoyed by this completely contradicts with our last conversation about responsibility. I don't know the in's and outs of these quesitons but they are basically stupid, i would never reuse shower doors. he is telling you the doors have a lead time of 6 or 7 weeks, they wont be needed for 20 On Mon, Jun 15, 2009 at 11:51 AM, < > wrote: How would you like me to respond to this email from Curtis: As I review the schedule there are questions who's answers will affect the duration of the job. If we could organize, I could speed the schedule considerably. I will not say how much quicker until I get a EFTA00750141 feel of how we choose to make the operation run on the Master. Silvina & I (with your & Jeffrey's input) can complete the bathroom on a design-as-you-build basis, but if we wait for plans & need to draw each detail, the schedule will be considerably longer. Do we want to handle this on a special basis? All long lead items need to be ordered NOW. These and many other items need to be considered now for a successful and quick build out. We need to order the following NOW: * Shower heads / shower bodies * Faucets * Rob hooks * Towel bars * Lights * Silvina can specify them all and send you & Jeffrey pictures for approval, or is someone else like Pinto going to do this? Which we already have for the most part done for budgeting. I need to order the stone for the floor and walls now, which is Coral stone. ( this will take 4 weeks) I also need to order for the inside stone of the steam room, which should be marble or granite. (also could take 4 weeks) * Silvina can specify this and send you and Jeffrey pictures & samples for approval can specify or is someone like Pinto going to specify. * We will be ready for them in four to six weeks if we push this job forward. I need to put the doors and windows into production now. ( this is a 6 to 7 week lead time, we could start installing as soon as they are received.) * The existing vanities are exactly the same ones we are building only 6" longer. Can we reuse the vanities? Save time and money. * The doors need to go into production. I have review and received pricing but we will need to get approvals. We could reuse the shower doors, which are in excellent shape. We need to order the wood for the ceiling and roof We need to order all the roof material Without an approved budget, New York will not cut checks to make this move, unless Jeffrey says so. Lots of questions...., perhaps you can review on your visit the condition of the items and scope and shed some light on how we attack. If we want to fast track this, we will need to follow some guidelines. We have the ways and means to build this efficiently and fast. Your comments would be helpful. Thank you, Curtis Sent via BlackBeny by AT&T EFTA00750142
