Principal - Butch Hodge 6 Estate Thomas I really don't know this company that well. I know they have done several large housing (multi family) developments and condo developments. They are an old company. The company was started by Butch's father, Joe Hodge. Joe and Butch are originally from Anguilla. I have not heard any negative things about them and they seem to complete all their jobs. Currently, they are working on a mental health annex for the Department of Health. Balbo Construction Principal - Gerald Castor, Sr. 12 BA - 2 Frydendahl Balbo has a really good reputation and completes its jobs. As a matter of disclosure, Balbo is doing work on our house at the moment. The company has done a lot of commercial work and is currently working on the new public library for the Department of Planning and Natural Resources. Zenith Development Corp Principal - Bob Schmidt 5-6 Kongens ade EFTA00750287 Zenith also has a good reputation and it specializes in large, luxury homes. Zenith just completed work on the multi-million dollar home of Richard Driehaus. I am not aware of any commercial work that Zenith has done but it is quite possible that Zenith has done some commercial work.
