Feeney is one of 3 owners of this 7 restaurant chain all located within Palm Beach County. The contact with Feeney on this date was unannounced but upon introduction Feeney told Lavery he knew of Lavery's name. Feeney said he was recently told by some others that Investigator Lavery was out in the area interviewing people concerning Feeney said he had gotten a telephone call from Blair Breen a few weeks ago and was also aware that Lavery was currently attempting to interview Joshua Pinto, Zachary Boyd and had spoken with . He also told Lavery that he was aware through the other manager at the restaurant that Lavery visited recently and that Lavery was inquiring about Brian Feeney was very friendly and receptive to this inquiry and said he does not know what he can offer about . He said is somewhat aware the inquiry being conducted had to with and this alleged activity involving her and some other young females and was reported in the news paper a few years ago. Feeney said he was unaware that it involved . Feeney said his is older than and graduated from John I. Leonard High School in 2002. Feeney said he knew older sister ( and some of her friends and said many of the young people that grew up in that area knew each other through siblings or mutual friends. For purposes of this report and the investigation of in general note that Feeney upon being queried does not have any knowledge of rumors from that period of time he was in high school and again he graduated in 2002. He has no real knowledge of young high school aged girls going to the home of an older male (Jeffrey Epstein) in Palm Beach and being paid for that. He knows in general from the news reports a few years ago but said he did not know or hear of anyone (by name) being involved. Feeney said he knows to be reasonably well grounded, bright and responsible person. Feeney was queried about all matters relating to this case and told Lavery he does not know of any psychological, emotional, or other type syndrome or problem that either suffered from back in high school or since then. Feeney was not aware of the attempted suicide / incident in April 2009 involving and he read the PBSO report provided by Lavery. After reading the report Feeney said he does not know what is currently going on with (psychologically) or of her experiencing after effects of any particular incident or events. Feeney said he has not heard anyone ever talking about that but he does not keep up with life per se. Feeney said with regards to alcohol or drugs did drink somewhat to his recollection and likely "smoked pot" because most everyone in their circle did in high school. It was not uncommon but he does not know of any prescription drug use or abuse and has no knowledge of her using them per a medical diagnosis (e.g. depression or anxiety attacks) Feeney said to his knowledge came from a good family and up bringing and he may have met her mother before, but was not certain of that. He said her sister was good person and both were popular and pretty normal. Feeney believes is "smart enough to know what's going on" and "sharp enough to get by" He knows this he said from not only school years but from working with her. Feeney did not really know the names of the other plaintiffs in this case except for possibly recognizing a few last names. Feeney reiterated in this interview that he was already out of high school in 2002 a few years before these girls or their friends were even in high school. Feeney did however suggest that Lavery locate and interview also close to who was a friend of but possibly was . Accordingly Feeney said Wetzel should have more insight of home life and family and others that knew and associated with aside from those already identified in this investigation. He also suggested locating Scott Schultz, a former manager at when Feeney and worked together a few years ago. Feeney said Schultz hired and may have also known people that knew of Concerning the question of sexual promiscuity or lack of it, Feeney said he knew Lavery had also asked that same type question of others (e.g. Blair Breen). He never had sex with but said others have and knew Breen had sex with He knew Breen told Lavery then somewhat dismissed this inquiry stating to his knowledge did not have a sex related reputation of any kind. Feeney said she knows had sex in high school and dated who was younger than Feeney. She also dated Brian Feeney has no knowledge of any outrageous, unusual sexual behavior by or whether has ever acted abnormally around males her age or even older. He's never heard anyone talk about , even since she's been out of high school, regarding any emotional or psychological problems she has now or had at anytime in dealing with males her same age or older. Concerning whether has ever lied or otherwise provided false statements or information to anyone at any time, Feeney answered that he has no knowledge of that. Feeney said was not known to be a liar or otherwise incredible. Finally, Feeney said he does not know what happened back when all of this activity involving took place and he was "out of the loop" with regard to any people that might have had some knowledge of it or even involvement. His overall opinion of is positive and said that if she is truly suffering emotional or psychological problems he is unaware of it.
