(See that report). Investigator Tiffany Avery is a white female and could easily be described as "pencil thin". Avery attended and graduated from John I. Leonard High School in 2003 and as already known also attended John I. Leonard HS. Avery upon being queried does not have any knowledge of rumors from that period of time or thereafter and no other insight relating to young high school aged girls going to the home of an older male residing in Palm Beach and being paid for that. Avery told Investigator Lavery in this interview it was the first time she had heard anything about this and accordingly was never told by that she ( ) was part of that activity. Avery stated that after high school she naturally moved on somewhat and although she did not totally cut off contact with some girls still in high school, she has never heard anything about the Jeffrey Epstein criminal investigation or this case(s). Avery stated she knew as a well grounded, bright and responsible person in her opinion. Avery was queried about all matters relating to this case and told Lavery she does not know of any psychological, emotional, or other type syndrome or problem that either suffered from back in high school or since RILEY KIRALY 5645 CORAL RIDGE DRIVE. #391. Avery was not aware of the recent attempted suicide incident involving and Avery read the PBSO report. After reading the report Avery's first and unsolicited comment was, "wow, she must have gone nuts about this ". Lavery asked Avery if she knew what the supposed incident was referred to in that report and Avery said she could only assume it was the matter of her "going to this guy's house". Avery said it would be reasonable (in her opinion) to say that likely has suffered a loss of her self esteem and likely is having trouble dealing with it now that she's a little older. Avery stated that her knowledge or recollection came from a relatively strict household meaning her parents were diligent in making do her homework, etc. Avery met her parents a few times over the years again because Avery for the most part associated more with Liege also knew some of the same friends as Avery. Investigator Lavery asked Avery who was to her knowledge closest friends in high school and Avery directed Lavery to contact Heather Cea, now residing in Deland, Florida. She also mentioned Corrine Ames. As of this writing Lavery is completing efforts to interview Heather Cea and as noted already in this investigation Corrine Ames has declined Investigator Lavery's request to interview. (See that report) Avery went on to state that her knowledge had a good home life and was not considered by anyone that she knew to be troubled person and exhibited "normal behavior" when Avery knew her. Avery stated in this interview she had no real negative insight or opinion of and to her knowledge and opinion was not a particularly naive or gullible person albeit was a teenager when Avery actually knew her. Concerning the question of ever using drugs Avery stated she personally has never used drugs even in high school and to her knowledge neither did Avery said she at least never saw using drugs; even smoking marijuana which Avery said was very common place in high school. Concerning the question of alcohol use or abuse, Avery said she is of course older than but recalled they attended some parties back in high school and there would be youths that crossed over from one grade level to another (e.g. juniors associating with seniors). Avery stated that parties she attended back in high school usually had a keg of beer or people brought beer so it was not uncommon. Avery said she could only assume may have consumed beer because "almost everyone did back then". Avery has no knowledge what so ever regarding using any other drugs (e.g. Xanax). Concerning the question of said to her knowledge kind. Avery said she knows sexual promiscuity or even lack of it, Avery did not have a "sex related" reputation of any had sex when she was in high school, but according to Avery most of the girls she knew then had engaged in sex at least once by the time they were juniors and especially by their senior year. said she knew dated and may have also dated and to her knowledge had sex with M. Avery said she does not know of any "hang ups" had or has now regarding men and to her knowledge again exhibited "normal behavior" including her interactions with males. Concerning whether has ever lied or otherwise provided false statements or information to anyone at any time, Avery has no knowledge of that. Avery said to her knowledge was not known to be a liar or otherwise incredible. Concerning others involved in this case, Avery reviewed the plaintiff list and said she did not know any of them other than to recognize a few names and had no realistic information about them and they were not people she associated with in high school. Avery as previously noted perceived to be a "normal girl" when she knew her and others in high school. Avery stated that after graduating high school she moved away from Palm Beach County and eventually got married. She therefore distanced herself even further from her old high school friends and people she knew back then and said that is the reason she had no knowledge of the matter of Jeffrey Epstein or the instant current cases filed regarding that alleged activity. Avery was very friendly and cooperative and although she has no significant information relating to or any of the other plaintiff's Avery is available for supplemental inquiry if deemed necessary.
