The only way to make sure that the tickets are used for the purpose of coming to the May meeting is to rebook them now on the dates you choose. What will happen is that the value of these tickets will remain, minus the change fees, for use at other times... We don't know when or where the meeting will be held, but our tickets are valid for one year. See below... Moon - non-refundable $150 change fee for the Delta flights and $150 change fee for the Continental flights Schulze - non-refundable $150 change fee for the Delta flights and $150 change fee for the Continental flights Krauss - non-refundable $150 change fee Anbar - non-refundable- $150 change fee for the American flights and $150 change fee for the Delta flights Van der Leeuw - Refundable Rillero - Non-refundable $150.00 change fee Hill - Non-refundable $150.00 change fee Mather - Non-refundable $150 change fee Bennett - Non-refundable $150 change fee Total - $1,650 All of the above that have a change fee, that is in addition to the new fare if there is any extra cost in the new fare versus the original fare.
