(UMEMY states that she thinks that she was with the other people for around 2 hours. During that time she did not see anyone do anything to the victim. She did say, as did QJ, that the victim made passes at the other boys who were present but no one did anything with her. I asked her if she saw make any pass at the victim, or if she saw her kiss the victim. Kristin said no to this. QSEMBalso told me that the victim had propositioned the police officer who came to the scene. I also, asked her how well she knew the victim, she told me that this was the first time that she had ever met her. ahd nothing else to add at this time. This concludes the interviews with the people involved. All of the evidence that has been collected will be sent to the PBSO for testing and analysis. It is unknown at this time as to why the victim had blood in her panties or where it came from. The victims parents were advised by this officer to seek medical advice and aid for their daughter, as well as possible counseling of some type. All of the clothing submitted and confiscated are being submitted to the crime lab for testing. See attached lab request. The information contained in this report will be sent to the State Attorney's Office for review in regard to possible charges of Lewd and Lascivious conduct to a child under 16 years of age against Collazo, because of his admission and the victims admission to having sexual intercourse. He is now in the County Jail and is charged as an adult.
