To: From: Sent: Sun 6/9/2019 5:10:03 PM Subject: Hotel booking Hi My en 1s amazing, she helped to write day-by-day what we a re going to do! :) Now I got a clearer idea how things work. So she said that for most strategically good locations would be Hollywood or West Hollywood For hotels it would be best options as: June 11- Stay in Hollywood June 12th - Loews Coronado Bay Resort, Coronado, San Diego June 13th-17th- hotel in Hollywood 1. Dream Hollywood 2. Andaz West Hollywood-a concept by Hyatt 3. Kimpton Everly Hotel 4. Loews Hollywood Hotel 5. Mondrian Los Angeles in West Hollywood 6. The Standard, Hollywood Als e will probably rent a car for a day on June 12th to drive to San Diego I aske my d to bring his driver license (I have my driver license too but I haven't practiced for years so I just can sit in the front). Of course he is nervous but my friend said that driving on highway should be easy for him. Anyway the expenses for renting car, uber service to driver around the city, food/restaurant and all these travel expenses, should I use my amex gold card i use for medical? I think that way will be easier that bothering you. I asked Jeffrey If i should use my own money he gives me monthly he said NO and that the entire trip is his treat (he is s0000 kind!) but I am not sure how this is going to work. Plus, I would probably need to have some cash on me just in case, which I guess I can just use from my own and then ask Bella for reimbursement. So here is the all for know. Let me know what you think and if you have any questions about hotels and etc, Thank you very much Best, EFTA_R1_01120713 EFTA02289807
