allegations first in Florida that Professor Dershowitz was
involved in some of these alleged offenses, and so that
triggers a Fifth Amendment right. Mr. Epstein is not saying
Professor Dershowitz did anything, but to testify about
Professor Dershowitz, has he ever been to your home, again, has
the potential to corroborate the allegations made by
Mr. Cassell's client.
In terms of the waiver argument, the law is very clear
that in contrast to an attorney-client privilege, if I was to
disclose a privilege in one case, it's disclosed for all cases,
but the law is very clear that you can testify in one
proceeding and plead the Fifth Amendment in a separate and
distinct proceeding. This was an issue that emerged in their
reply brief. And if your Honor doesn't mind, I can either send
