It really is a mess and more of the floor needs to be removed as it is all basically ruined with the water and mold. We can start removing the floor tomorrow to let it dry over the weekend. Then we can start install next week. The only thing I need from you is a deposit to purchase the new flooring. I have attached the proposal I assume you are going to stain this country white also.
