Hi
Are we staining the floors in 10F country =hite also? Also the building is
paying for the installation of the =loor and I guess you are paying for the
staining country white, so I =ave attached the bill for this without the
bedroom. Also I have =ttached th bill for apt # 108.
Thanks =br>

Hi E
I have attached = new proposal without the bedroom. The rest of the =br>
flooring has to come up as it =s really damaged and is starting to
separate and if not taken care of mold will start to =ppear. Let me
know what you =ant us to do when you speak to Andrew. We will not =br>
start anything there until I =ear from you .
Thanks

I'm waiting to hear back from Andrew, the super, to =onfirm the
building will be =aking care of the cost of repairs since I'm guessing =br>
it was a structural issue =hat caused the leak.

It seems =uite expensive to replace the current flooring. Is there =br>
perhaps a different =lternative that would be less expensive; a
different type of wood flooring =erhaps?
Also, the bedroom =oesn't need to be done in this apt..we will be =br>
carpeting =t.

Has =ndrew Lasso, the super intendant for the building gotten in =br>
touch =ith you regarding working on the floors in 10F? We had some =br>
issues =n the flooring there where there was a leak and it caused =br>
the =loor to swell with huge mounds, so they had to remove alot of =br>
the =looring to flatten it down again. It's a bit of a mess. That's =br>
the =pt we want worked on next after 10B and I asked Andrew to =br>
schedule=this with you and just wanted to see if he =as?

received the check for the last = =pts.
