and foundation.
A. Isaid I don't recall the actual
meeting, but based on the evidence that we
have been produced, and I now believe it was
at Mar-a-Lago that that meeting may have
taken place.
Q. When you met Virginia Roberts, did
you understand that she was at that time a
professional masseuse?
MR. PAGLIUCA: Objection to form
and foundation.
A. Idon't recall the actual first
meeting, I don't know.
Q. Whether or not you recall the
actual first meeting, was it your
understanding that Virginia Roberts was a
professional masseuse?
MR. PAGLIUCA: Objection to form
and foundation.
A. Thad no idea at the time, but I
believe she was working at a spa, and based
on what I believe today, she was a masseuse
at Mar-a-Lago.
Q. When you say based on what you

conversations with Virginia. Like I said, I
would actually barely remember her at all
were it not for this case.
Q. Why, then, do you believe she was a
masseuse at Mar-a-Lago?
A. Based on having met her at
Mar-a-Lago. I don't know why else she would
be at the house.
Q. At what house?
A. Why would she come to Jeffrey's
house if she was not a masseuse at
Mar-a-Lago, why else would she come.
Q. Did you ask her to come to
Jeffrey's house?
A. I don't recall the first meeting or
how it went down that she came to give
Jeffrey a massage or whatever she came to do.
All I remember as I testified in my first
deposition is that her mother came and that
we sat outside and I talked to her mother,
and that she went in and met Jeffrey and then
she left. And then subsequent to that, I
understand she gave him massages.
Q. My question was a simple yes or no

believe today, you believe she was a masseuse
at Mar-a-Lago, what is it that you've learned
that leads you to believe she was a masseuse
at Mar-a-Lago?
A. She worked at the spa, and that's
all I know, that she was 17 and that she held
herself out to be a masseuse.
Q. She told you she was a masseuse?
A. Idon't know if she told me at the
time she was a masseuse. I believe today she
was a masseuse working at Mar-a-Lago and she
was 17 years old.
Q. You said she held herself out as a
masseuse. Do you recall that?
A. I just said it. The problem is I
don't recall with specificity. I don't
recall the actual meeting, so events in my
mind are conflated with all of her stories,
all of the lies that have been told.
So, today, I believe that she was a
17-year-old masseuse at Mar-a-Lago.
Q. Did she ever tell you that she was
a masseuse at Mar-a-Lago?
A. _Idon't recall specific

question. Did you ask her to come to
Jeffrey's house?
A. I can't recall exactly the meeting.
Q. Inresponse, I got a paragraph that
makes a number of assertions that I'm now
going to have to follow-up. I'm prepared to
do that, but in light of your counsel's
desire to move the deposition along, I won't
have to follow-up things that you volunteer
if you don't volunteer them.
So if you will focus on my
question, and if it is simply a yes or no
answer and you give a yes or no answer, that
will shorten the deposition. If you want to
say other things, I'm not going to try to
stop you, but Iam going to follow-up on what
you say.
My question now is simply, do you
recall, one way or the other, as you sit here
now, whether you asked Virginia Roberts to
come to Mr. Epstein's house?
A. Ido not.
Q. Do you recall, as you sit here now,
one way or another, whether Virginia Roberts
