BORJA: As to specific individuals, and I do not want to bring up her name with individuals with whom she's not alleged to have had sexual activity, that would be unfair to this witness; but what would be fair to my client who is being sued in this case is to be able to check the allegations with a neutral third party, and if this is a witness -- MS.
