To: Kevin M Front "G. Max" Subject RE: Victoria Aitken Key - spoke to my friend - the case involves a 60 moorings that were originally illegally put up in Norman bay BVI and then were sold to my friend who bought Norman Island. The person who sold the moorings has refused to hand over the mooring to the new owner of Norman island saying the govt is making it impossible for him to band them over - the case in a nutshell - who should he use as he will not use either of the QCs that you sd no to. My friend is called Dr henry JArecki Thanks G At 12:21 PM 10/29/2002 +0000, you wrote: Moverly Smith did not act for Bunn. He has a background in chancery - ie general commercial with strong background in government work - he is quite young just made up to QC - ie not with a lot of experience as a QC. Nick Warren is Chairman of the Chancery Bar - very nice - good reputation, very dry - no charisma - typically deals with dry as dust trust cases. End of the day if you are recommending anyone you always need to know about the case as QCs are very much horses for courses. But bottom line Moverly Smith is young and relatively inexperienced. Warren - nice but dry as dust. Neither are great on charisma and neither are top drawer and absolutely would not recommend either if any live witnesses are being called - it's not their bag. What is your friend looking for? Bruiser? Charisma? What type of case his he trying to win and who is up against?
