Another international oil/ natural ressources player may also have an interest as it is a decent size co and a good name in Italy. We could even craft a consortium comprising an industrial and financial player for a plain sale. We would need to understand further what they are trying to achieve: if it is a Group stake sale or a more specific subsidiary like api Energia SpA; how they see partnership vs sale. As this would influence the names we would target. I will dig out further tomorrow with my team. If there is any additional information, I'll take it! I also have an Italian native senior team member and she may be an advantage for further discussions as she is very well connected in Italy as well. I am happy to come to a meeting, wherever it is.
