Call detail fecords with cell site location will require a court order. MetroPCS js highly motivated to atiain its goal of responding as quickly as possible to legal requests, however, technical issues do arise ihat sometimes lead to delays. Voicemail: Voicemails are kept for approximately seven (7) days unless deleted by the customer. Text Messages: MetroPCS does not store text messages. Cell site location requires a court order.
