Part of w=at seems to be a national park in Cape Town going up for sale. =/span> Seems cheap — if you folks kno= of anyone let me know? From: Joel Boln=ck [maiIto Sent: Monday, March 26, 2012 7:09 A= To: Subject: Just to let you know (mai=ly to keep a conversation going ...) =p class=MsoNormal> The landowner=of the Castle Rock land is throwing in the towel. The land goes on auction=at the end of April. I doubt it will sell, but you never know. Either way =t will go way below its value. It is a perfect spot for advertising develo=ment work, especially in the sustainability area - something an oil compan= could use for example to enhance the image that they are doing things for=the environment - that will be seen by millions of international tourists =very year - who would pay for the privilege if there was a sustainability =entre on the land (and a restaurant) Know anybody who may be intere=ted in buying this land for (my guess) about $1 to 1,5 million? - It conti=ues round the corner but this is as high up the mountain as I can get. I t=ink I have spared you my blog "bluegumsfree" which talks about t=e other big challenge in my life - restoring this piece of land. EFTA_R1_01365671 EFTA02367542
